Public voice demonstration
The optional voice demo uses your microphone after you press Start and allow access. Vapi, Daily, Deepgram and OpenAI process audio for the demonstration, and may process it outside Australia under their own policies. Please use fictional details. Recording, transcript storage and logging are disabled in the demo configuration; provider security logs and retention policies may still apply. The demo has no access to workspace records and cannot make real bookings or send messages.
To limit abuse and usage, EarnRelay retains a keyed digest of your network address, an admission identifier, time and request status. Digests older than 24 hours are cleared on the next demo availability check or request; admission counts remain to enforce the capped pilot. It does not store the raw address or conversation in the demo table. The demo page does not load Google Ads measurement.
Phone setup stores your registered business name, ABN, authorisation time, carrier reference numbers and setup progress. Australian phone-number rules may require business, address and authorised-representative evidence. Evidence files submitted through EarnRelay are sent directly to Twilio for verification and are not stored in the EarnRelay database. Twilio retains and reviews that evidence under its own privacy and regulatory obligations.

Sign-in information
Google sign-in supplies your account identifier, name, verified email and basic profile image. Email sign-in uses your email address and a one-time code. We use these details to authenticate you and find your business workspace. Google sign-in does not request Gmail messages, contacts or Google Calendar access. Google account data is not sold, used for advertising or sent to an AI model for training.
Session cookies keep you signed in. Session records include your browser details and IP address for security. Codes are encrypted, expire after ten minutes and work once. Sessions expire after 30 days or when you sign out. Sign-in quotas and security logs help prevent abuse.
Business and booking information
We store the business settings and work records you enter, including customer names, phone numbers, job details, service areas, appointment times and optional confirmation emails. Connected phone services may provide call summaries and callback requests. The relevant business can access its customer and booking records. Customer booking links work without an account; calendar and confirmation links contain private access tokens and should only be shared with intended recipients.
Service providers
EarnRelay runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Google handles Google sign-in, and Resend handles sign-in and booking emails. When enabled, Twilio and Vapi process phone and messaging requests, and Stripe processes the payment features offered in the app. These providers receive the information needed for the requested function and may process it outside Australia under their own policies. Login itself does not connect your Google calendar or enable phone recording.
Advertising measurement
EarnRelay uses Google Ads measurement on its public marketing pages and verified, clean subscription-completion pages. Google may receive those page addresses, browser and device information, and advertising identifiers stored in cookies. The advertising tag is not loaded on sign-in and setup forms, signed-in dashboards, booking portals, private payment, document or waitlist links. Checkout-return tokens are removed before advertising loads. This measurement is separate from Google sign-in and is handled under Google’s own privacy policies and advertising settings.
You can control cookies in your browser and review advertising preferences in your Google account. Do not share private booking, confirmation or account links publicly.
Retention and your choices
Workspace records remain stored until removed through available controls or an operator-assisted request. Provider logs and backups may have separate retention periods. To request access, correction or deletion, contact the operator from your account email; we will verify ownership before acting. Signing out or removing EarnRelay from your Google account does not by itself delete existing booking records. You may use email sign-in instead of Google, and booking confirmation email is optional.
