Sign-in information

Google sign-in supplies your account identifier, name, verified email and basic profile image. Email sign-in uses your email address and a one-time code. We use these details to authenticate you and find your business workspace. Google sign-in does not request Gmail messages, contacts or Google Calendar access. Google account data is not sold, used for advertising or sent to an AI model for training.

Session cookies keep you signed in. Session records include your browser details and IP address for security. Codes are encrypted, expire after ten minutes and work once. Sessions expire after 30 days or when you sign out. Sign-in quotas and security logs help prevent abuse.

Business and booking information

We store the business settings and work records you enter, including customer names, phone numbers, job details, service areas, appointment times and optional confirmation emails. Connected phone services may provide call summaries and callback requests. The relevant business can access its customer and booking records. Customer booking links work without an account; calendar and confirmation links contain private access tokens and should only be shared with intended recipients.

Service providers

EarnRelay runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Google handles Google sign-in, and Resend handles sign-in and booking emails. When enabled, Twilio and Vapi process phone and messaging requests, and Stripe processes the payment features offered in the app. These providers receive the information needed for the requested function and may process it outside Australia under their own policies. Login itself does not connect your Google calendar or enable phone recording.

Retention and your choices

Workspace records remain stored until removed through available controls or an operator-assisted request. Provider logs and backups may have separate retention periods. To request access, correction or deletion, contact the operator from your account email; we will verify ownership before acting. Signing out or removing EarnRelay from your Google account does not by itself delete existing booking records. You may use email sign-in instead of Google, and booking confirmation email is optional.
