Subscriptions & cancellation
The introductory trial runs for 7 days, then continues on the plan you selected unless you cancel. The general trial selects Basic at A$99/month; industry-specific offers may select a different plan. Your selected plan and renewal price are shown before checkout and in Stripe.
Compare current plansTo review or cancel an existing subscription, sign in to EarnRelay, open Connections, then choose Manage subscription to open the Stripe billing portal. If you cannot access it, email support from the account email. Customer deposits and invoices are separate from your EarnRelay subscription.
