Plan inclusions & setup details
Basic: 60 AI calls + 200 SMS segments. Moderate: 300 AI calls + 600 SMS segments. Calls are limited to 4.5 minutes. SMS segments are parts of a text message; a long text can use more than one. At the limit, additional AI calls or texts pause—customer self-bookings stay available. No automatic overage charges or rollover. Calls count once accepted, even if interrupted. Texts may count even when delivery cannot be confirmed. During the trial, the selected allowance covers the 7-day trial period.
All features are available during the trial, within your selected plan’s usage limits. On Basic or Moderate, equipment hire and cancellation filling pause after the trial; your records stay saved. Review the total and billing terms in Stripe before subscribing. Phone activation requires carrier approval. Existing subscriptions, including Starter, keep their current plan.

Common questions
Can customers book without an account?
Yes. Customers open your public booking page, choose an available time and enter their details. They do not need to sign in to EarnRelay.
Can I use EarnRelay for a salon?
Yes. The receptionist and booking page suit appointment businesses as well as trades. Cancellation filling uses your EarnRelay bookings and customers who join and verify their mobile on your waitlist. It requires the relevant plan and connected booking texts.
How do deposits and invoice payments work?
Connect your business’s Stripe account to request deposits or full payments. Customers pay on Stripe’s secure payment page. Creating a payment request does not automatically charge their card.
Will the phone receptionist be active immediately?
Phone activation depends on carrier approval and completing the connection steps. Your workspace shows the current status. You can configure the greeting, services, hours and transfer number during setup.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Your selected plan starts billing unless you cancel in Stripe. Receptionist (Basic) is A$99/month; Receptionist — more calls (Moderate) is A$199/month. Equipment hire or Cancellation filling (the two Plus choices) is A$399/month. All tools (Growth) is A$499/month. The general trial button selects Basic. Specialist features pause after a Basic or Moderate trial, while your saved records remain.
