EarnRelay service terms
Updated 13 October 2026
These terms apply to an EarnRelay business account. The plan and monthly price shown before you confirm Stripe checkout form part of your subscription details. Your renewal date is shown at checkout and in your billing account. Read our privacy policy for how information is handled.
Trial and subscription
If you choose a 7-day trial, it starts when you complete Stripe checkout, including while phone setup is in progress. Your selected plan then renews monthly at the price shown at checkout unless you cancel before renewal. You can review or cancel an active subscription from EarnRelay’s Connections area through the Stripe billing portal. If you cannot access the portal, contact us from your account email before renewal so we can help.
Plan features and included call and SMS allowances are shown on the pricing page and at signup. Usage pauses at the stated limits; EarnRelay does not automatically charge for overages. Customer deposits, invoices and payments through a business’s own connected Stripe account are separate from the EarnRelay subscription.
Phone activation and availability
AI phone answering and messaging require setup, compatible provider connections and Australian carrier identity and address approval. Completing checkout or creating a workspace does not mean a phone line is active. Check the connection status shown in EarnRelay before directing real customer calls to it.
The voice demo is a test. It does not make bookings, send messages or access a business workspace. Features that use third-party providers depend on those providers being available and connected.
Using EarnRelay
You must be authorised to set up the business, provide accurate setup details and use EarnRelay lawfully. You are responsible for the customer details and messages you enter, the services and availability you publish, and access to private booking, payment and account links. Keep your sign-in details secure.
Problems, cancellation and your rights
If setup, billing or service delivery goes wrong, contact dylanrredston@gmail.com with your account email and a short description so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
